Re: $1,745,928 paid by BC Hydro for Woodfibre’s IPP power in 2015: the plant is rated at 11,000 megaWatt/hours/year, which = $158.71 per mW/h. I pay about $100 per mW/h. Hydro loses on the deal. Why?
